I became a transfer client after getting loc extensions in November, and Nolette exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I booked with her, I knew I was in excellent hands. Before my appointment, she took the time to personally call me and ask detailed questions about my hair, health, and overall goals. We had an in-depth conversation about my locs, my care routine, and maintenance needs, which immediately made me feel valued and understood.

On the day of my appointment, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The salon’s decor, especially the exquisite artwork on the walls, created a calming and stylish environment. But what stood out most was the level of service. Nolette thoroughly washed my hair, ensuring it was impeccably clean and completely dry. She didn’t simply leave me under the dryer; she stayed attentive throughout, checking in to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything.

The professionalism extended beyond Nolette, too. The other stylists carried themselves with pride and passion for their work. The salon was spotless, organized, and truly reflected a high standard of care.
